🔑 MEXC API keys
API keys allow the system to place orders on your account, without ever being able to withdraw funds. Enable Read + Trade only, never Withdrawal.
📖 How do I create my API keys?
- Log in to mexc.com
- Click your profile icon in the top right
- Go to API Management
(or directly: mexc.com/user/openapi)
- Click Create API, name it Hermes
- Permissions:

✅ Trade
❌ Withdrawal — DO NOT ENABLE
- Confirm with your 2FA code
- Copy the API Key and Secret Key
